Section 125 Plan Benefit Dependent Care (HRF 205)

Through a provision in the Federal tax law known as Section 125, employers can offer eligible employees (1st day of the month following 60 days of service) a pre-tax deferral of up to $5,000 annually. This deferral can be used for the care of a child under 13 years of age or for the care of a dependent disabled adult while you are working.
