President of Sales, NESC Staffing
Jack Madden is the President of Sales with NESC Staffing. He heads NESC’s Account Representative and Recruiters across the continental United States and has been an integral part of company’s steadfast and prodigious success. Jack is responsible for the growing of the client base, the handling of all client contracts and presentations, the managing of the recruiting staff and the execution of NESC Staffing’s proven Recruiting Process. Jack has experiences across a broad range of disciplines that provide a unique view and understanding of the sales talent NESC Staffing seeks for its client companies. Jack’s professional recruitment and staffing experience dates back almost 30 years.
Over the years Jack has found his niche in the A&E, E&C, and Power & Utility industries. He thrives on assisting clients with position descriptions, industry questions, and salary negotiations.
Before joining the company in 1984, Jack was an Account Manager for Technical Aid Corporation. Fresh out of the United States Air Force, Jack’s determination and dedication was the perfect recipe for success in the recruiting industry. Outside of work, Jack is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time with his family. He has a wife, a son, and a daughter and both children are in the medical field.
