Forbes’s Method to Determine the Best Staffing Firm
Forbes worked with the market research company Statista to identify the most well-respected staffing agencies. This list was compiled by surveying 31,000 recruiters and 7,200 job candidates and human resources managers who had worked with temporary staffing firms.
Each respondent nominated up to ten temporary staffing firms that they had experience working. Self-nominations were not admitted. More than 26,000 nominations were considered in the final analysis. The results from last year’s survey were also taken into consideration to support the assessment of recruiting and staffing firms that maintained a consistent reputation for high-quality work.
